Jessica Streich is a senior at Carlsbad High School and a photographer for the Lancer Link. She enjoys dance and theatre, and is constantly involved in onstage productions. Next year she wants to begin her college career in Communications and is so excited for making memories during her last year in Carlsbad.

At halftime of Friday night's basketball, cheer performed their routine on mats. Recently, the cheerleaders were told they couldn't tumble during their routines on the wooden gym floor, but not wanting to sacrifice what they'd worked hard on, they compromised with the mats.

iTunes Radio has been added to the iPhone's music, and similar to Pandora and other personalized radio websites, it allows users to listen to music not in their library, but similar to their interests. From these stations you can easily save and purchase songs that you hear, as well as save stations you want to listen to again.
