Prom night is still on for Saturday, May 17 at the Think Play Create Children’s Museum at 7:30 p.m. If you still need to purchase a prom ticket, you can either:

1. Purchase a ticket online and print the receipt to bring to the door.

2. Purchase a ticket at the door with cash or a check made out to CHS ASB.

Everyone must bring their student ID cards and a signed dance contract.

Guest passes will still be accepted as long as they have all the required information filled out. They do not need a CHS admin signature. Please have the guest’s parents sign the form in place of the guest’s administrator.

If you did not pick up a guest pass, please bring a note signed by a parent identifying the student and giving the student permission to attend the dance.
