Ava Astleford is a Sophmore at Carlsbad High School. She is originally from Dallas, Texas, and has lived in California for eight years now. This is her second year in journalism and she is very excited to learn about the social media program this year, as well as, grow stronger in her writing ability. She enjoys soccer, guitar, music, and anything having to do with the beach in her free time.
