The CHS art department had their students create shoes and enter them in the vans custom culture competition. If Carlsbad wins, the art department will win $50,000. Remember to spread the word and vote!

Marianna Marsden, Photography Editor
Marianna is currently a senior at Carlsbad High School. This is her 3rd year in Lancer Link and she is the photography editor. She is also an exclusive 1/4 member of the original journalism posse. As the role of The Clueless, Marianna continuously is lost in class and often meows to signal her confusion. Never waking up on time, you can find her walking in late with a Lancer Trac Pass in one hand and her breakfast in the other. Her pet Marshmallow is her cute, but feisty albino hedgehog (and yes she is real). Her 2nd pet hedgehogs name is Cocoa and is a lazy slightly confused baby. MEOW
