  • Why she ran – “I ran for junior vice president because I had past experience in ASB this year and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to run or not and it was actually my ASB teacher, Señor Kevin who inspired me to run. [He] said that [he] thought it would be a great idea for me so I decided to run.”
  • Why she’s qualified – “I think I’m qualified because I have a lot of school spirit and having that past past experience, I know how things get done and how things work so it is easier for me.”
  • Campaign strategy – “My campaign strategy was reaching out to all my friends and people on the swim team and stuff and telling them to spread the word. That’s really the thing when it comes to campaigning, just spreading the word.”
  • Why she won – “I think I won because I got out there and I spread the word.The people I ran against were great and they are both great people and I think they were great opponents but I think I ultimately just was able to come out on top.”
  • What she plans on doing – “What class council typically does is shirts and floats. What I plan on doing is winning us the best float for homecoming and getting some pretty cool shirts this year.”
