Meeting the homecoming court: Sam Sommers

Jake Saftig

Lancer Link: Give me three words that best describe you.

Sam Sommers: Personable, friendly and responsible.

LL: If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?

Sommers: I’d probably do most of the stuff that I do anyway and give myself moreopportunities to enjoy everything.

LL: What is your favorite part about homecoming at Carlsbad?

Sommers: I love everything about Friday. From the assembly, to the parade and to the football game itself. It’s going to be a blast.

Jake Saftig is a senior at Carlsbad High School and this is his first year on staff as a photographer. He enjoys playing lacrosse and long walks on the beach. His motivation comes from his pride of his home soccer team RBBaseball69. Loves to CIGE. I like to lose SD cards and then blame it all on my house burning down or my car getting broken into!
