Griffin Nordin is second year member of the staff as well as the Social Media Editor. Griffin when not found punch dancing in the forest learns Krav Maga from the local homeless man down the street, Mr Bubbles. As his senior year begins he hopes to blossom into a social butterfly before he enters university.

One of Carlsbad's finest, Matt La Bounty, can be found shredding on the varsity soccer team and writing in depth stories for the newspaper. "Matty-B" is a fully upgraded and advanced version of his older brother, Nick. He has impeccable aim with his Mark II crossbow, earning himself 3 world championship ribbons in his short 4 year career.

Gretchen Miller is a junior at Carlsbad High School. She is on the Lancer Link photography/multimedia staff. Gretchen is also in Carlsbad High School's broadcasting program, CHSTV, and is an officer of the Best Buddies club.

Lexi Spikerman is a Photographer/Multimedia in Lancer Link. She enjoys listening to music, reading books, and watching TV shows and movies in her free time. She is looking forward to a great year in Lancer Link.
