Carlsbad Outdoors 2
May 2, 2018
For the second installment of Carlsbad Outdoors, Lancer Link hiked at Elfin Forest. The hike is 30 minutes outside of Carlsbad in Escondido. The hike has two paths of different difficulties ranging from easy to mild in difficulty. One trail in the forest has no elevation and follows a stream while the other hikes up to a dam at the top of the mountain. Overall the hike has nice scenery and has a variety of informational points which make the hike unique.
