New ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ trailer has no strings attached

During the BCS National Championship game on Jan. 12, ESPN and Marvel aired the second trailer for “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” Naturally, the internet exploded.

The second trailer features a lot of new footage, which includes an even darker tone, more action and some dramatic character interaction… and it was fantastic.

Marvel is doing an effective job teasing with the shorter trailers. The focus is kept on not revealing too much of the movie but giving little tidbits here and there. The new trailer continues with the dark feeling of the first trailer; while Ultron ruins your childhood with the haunting Pinocchio music playing throughout which, it fits the tone and the overall theme of the film.

With well-shot action, a seemingly terrifying villian and an intriguing plot, the anticipation for the movie has busted through the roof. ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ hits theaters May 1.
