Rylee Skachenko is a 17 year old Senior at Carlsbad High School and this is her first year as a photographer for the Lancer Link webpage. In Rylee's free time she fosters dogs and cats from Helen Woodward and plays lacrosse. Her favorite tv show is Greys Anatomy and Bones. Rylee has three brothers Trent, Aaron, and Kyle, and two dogs Baylee and Pyper.

Maddie is a senior at Carlsbad High School and this is her second year as a photographer and first year as the photography editor for The Lancer Link online newspaper. In her free time, Maddie can be found spending time with friends, getting her zen on in yoga or impressing everyone with her semi-decent photography skills. Maddie also enjoys attempting to play lacrosse, as well as jamming out to bangers in her car. As she no longer has chemistry answers to google, Maddie has decided to try out this similar tactic with her AP Econ homework this upcoming year. Her greatest accomplishment in life is still eating that 42 pack of fruit roll ups in 1 week.
