After the Class of 2016 graduates in June, the graduates have the opportunity to go to Grad Night. However, while students traditionally have Grad Night the day of graduation, this year it will occur the day after. On Friday, June 17, the Class of 2016 will celebrate at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Students will leave Carlsbad High at 9 a.m. on Friday morning and spend the day at Disneyland until 10 p.m.. Then, from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., students will participate in senior activities at Disney California Adventure. Students will arrive back at CHS at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 18.

The 500 available tickets go on sale on March 1 and must be fully paid for by May 2. Tickets cost $125 and include the cost of bus transportation. Because of the higher cost per ticket, there are limited scholarships this year.
